Volunteering has been a part of my life for many years, but Adománytaxi is the organization that is closest to my heart where I can regularly help other and they are open to my ideas. This is why I’m very proud that Tomi has asked me to join the team. It gradually became my task to manage the children’s sessions during the trips, but I also really like to channel people whom I get to know during my work as a film production manager toward Adománytaxi, thus gathering more supporters. When photos and accounts of our trips to the countryside are posted on the foundation’s website, I always get plenty of inquiries from those who would like to help, but so far they haven’t found a way to do that – which is why it’s good that Adománytaxi builds bridges. I am really looking forward to the organization scaling up over the coming years so that we can help even more the most segregated and impoverished small settlements and be able to help in a more complex way and have capacity for follow-up.
